From our initial visit to Solarwise and our discussions with Ian to get information regarding solar panels and right through the entire process to installation our experience was excellent. To begin with, Ian set out all our options and provided print information, giving us the opportunity to take time to understand the process. He then organised a site visit to look at the best options for our 1935 cottage. He then provided more information and recommendations for us regarding the addition of a battery. We felt so confident in the process because of the care Ian took in the consideration of our needs and our 1935 home that we opted to go ahead with installation. The installation team were absolutely outstanding. They were so professional and skilled and very respectful of doing the very best for us and our home. We had 16 panels installed and a FranklinWH battery. To say we are absolutely delighted with everything is an under statement. We are more than happy to recommend Solarwise to anyone thinking of installing any solar products recommended by them. It is a big decision to make when you know very little about going solar but when you have good people like Ian and the team at Solarwise Wagga you are in good and reliable hands. We dealt with Solarwise over 10 years ago when we first went solar and we never had a problem it has always worked well I asked to do more so 7 years ago they added a hot water system that runs through the solar panels already installed. A few years ago I asked to go battery they advised not too just wait till the batteries get better that was good advice also now we installed more up to date panels and 2 batteries which runs the whole farm including 2 houses. We cannot be happier with the service.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from SolarWise. Our first meeting gave us the information we wanted and needed to make the best decision for a system that suited our needs. There was no pressure to purchase and options and costs for different products were provided. We were given estimates for installation timeframes and they turned out to be very accurate. Installation was smooth and efficient and the follow up service from both SolarWise and the contract installer has been excellent. This may sound too good to be true but the process from information, quote, installation and follow up really has has been outstanding. We chose Solarwise based on a recommendation from someone else who had a very positive experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone seeking information on solar installations. Bob's presentation at the REROC Energy and Innovation Conference was awesome. I got to see how much more value there is in combining solar, battery storage, and trading energy on the wholesale market. It was very interesting!

We have recently had Alex, Bob and the team install an Enphase 8.36Kw 19 panel system with 10kw worth of batteries. The process was long because we had SO many questions and Bob answered them all. Nothing was too much trouble or trivial. We eventually decided on this system as it was the best fit for our home and lifestyle and WILL save us money in the future.
The install was seamless and their installers were on time, polite, energetic and loved Tanya's scones.
We cannot wait until we have clear sunny days for weeks in a row. We love watching the app and seeing the batteries charging, solar running all the appliances and energy being exported to the grid.
Do not go anywhere else for your solar. You will be getting an inferior product with inferior service, Call Bob and Alex right now.

We had SolarWise instal a system for us late 2023. We were very pleased with the service provided including the quotation and subsequent installation. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. We were kept well informed re the progress of our installation. The team who undertook the installation were also very courteous and professional and gave a good explanation of the system plus the app for us to monitor the system. Based on our experience, we are quite happy to recommend SolarWise.

Despite busy schedule, sent a technician to a caravan park to resolve a Victron inverter issue that had been plaguing us for weeks on the road. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Their professionalism has been 1st class from the time I had contacted Alex at SolarWise around one month ago. I was interested in solar options for our home in Wagga. Alex popped out to our place earlier than expected, we had good chat (in simple terms as I had minimal to no knowledge on the subject) and quotes for a couple of recommended options by the end of the week. When the install team were here (again, in sooner than the expected time frame), they were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Alex had just made a follow up call with me this morning giving me great confidence that SolarWise haven't just taken our cash and ran but will continue to support us going forward with keeping an eye on our usage, may offer further info and recommendations and help should we have any queries.

Everything the team have done for us are what I expect of a local business but have certainly done it to the best of their ability in a better than expected time frame (which i understand is tough in the current climate due to many factors).

Rang these guys about purchasing a Victron solar controller for our caravan. They didn’t have the exact unit I wanted in stock but had a similar model. Did it at a great price. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks fellas…!

SolarWise had to rewire the entire power board and did so with minimal delay, they also removed a damaged solar panel from the grid on an old system and reconnected that system to the power supply so now we have 2 systems running at no extra cost than what was quoted, Thank you very much, i would reccomend SolarWise to anybody who needs installation or repairs done.
