• Your household’s combined annual taxable income is $210,000 or less.

• You hold the title to the property (applicable to both owner-occupiers and local residential landlords).

• The property is physically located in NSW (proudly servicing Wagga Wagga, Junee, Coolamon, Lockhart, Narrandera, Temora, Gundagai, and surrounding areas).

• You are a permanent resident or citizen of Australia.

• The home is not classified as social housing and is not utilised for short-term holiday rentals.

• You satisfy the standard, baseline credit criteria of the program’s launch finance partner.

Note: Townhouse, unit, and apartment owners are fully welcome to apply, provided you have the relevant approvals from your owners’ corporation or strata body.
