Alex popped out to our place earlier than expected, we had good chat (in simple terms as I had minimal to no knowledge on the subject) and quotes for a couple of recommended options by the end of the week. When the install team were here (again, in sooner than the expected time frame), they were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Alex had just made a follow up call with me this morning giving me great confidence that SolarWise haven't just taken our cash and ran but will continue to support us going forward with keeping an eye on our usage, may offer further info and recommendations and help should we have any queries.

Everything the team have done for us are what I expect of a local business but have certainly done it to the best of their ability in a better than expected time frame (which i understand is tough in the current climate due to many factors).

SolarWise had to rewire the entire power board and did so with minimal delay, they also removed a damaged solar panel from the grid on an old system and reconnected that system to the power supply so now we have 2 systems running at no extra cost than what was quoted, Thank you very much, i would reccomend SolarWise to anybody who needs installation or repairs done.
