Consumption Monitoring Walkthrough

MyEnlighten Access

Getting setup for access to system monitoring.
We will register your system using the email address provided by you.

There are no additional steps you need to take to register or activate MyEnlighten monitoring for your system.
The MyEnlighten software is free for system owners.

After your system is powered on and has operated successfully for 24 hours, you will be sent your MyEnlighten login credentials.

Your username is the email address you provided. You will be sent a temporary password that you will reset when you first log on.

Problem with MyEnlighten Access?

Can’t find login credentials email?
Look for your Welcome Email in your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within three days of system turn-on. The email will be from Enphase not SolarWise Wagga.

If you have deleted your welcome email, you can request a new password by visiting enlighten.enphaseenergy.com and clicking Forgot your password? link.
If necessary, we can resend your activation email upon request.

Forgot your password? Just click the Forgot your password? link. Request a reset and look for an email from [email protected].
(Check your spam or junk folders, if you don’t see it in your inbox.)

Purchased a home with  Enphase?
If you have recently purchased a home with an Enphase system you can complete a Change of Ownership

Logging in to MyEnlighten

How to log in to Enlighten

Access the Enlighten Login page from your desktop or mobile device.

From your desktop
Open the browser of your choice and navigate to enlighten.enphaseenergy.com or visit enphase.com and click the Enlighten Login link in the upper right corner of the screen.

From your mobile phone or tablet
Open the browser of your choice and navigate to enlighten.enphaseenergy.com or visit enphase.com and open the drop down menu in the upper right.

Has your system stopped reporting data?

Locating your Envoy-S

The Envoy will usually be located in a solar distribution board.
It may also be located on or behind the panel in your meter box.

Covered Products and Limited Warranty Periods.

IQ7-series microinverters continuously connected to the internet through an Envoy product:
10 years commencing on the earlier of (i) 4 months from the date the Covered Product is shipped from Enphase, or (ii) the date the Covered Product is activated* in Enphase’s Enlighten™ system (such applicable date is referred to as the “Warranty Start Date”).

Envoy-S Metered: 5 years from the Warranty Start Date.

Mobile Connect:  5 years from the Warranty Start Date.

Consumption CT:  5 years from the Warranty Start Date.
