We have recently had Alex, Bob and the team install an Enphase 8.36Kw 19 panel system with 10kw worth of batteries. The process was long because we had SO many questions and Bob answered them all. Nothing was too much trouble or trivial. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Their professionalism has been 1st class from the time I had contacted Alex at SolarWise around one month ago. I was interested in solar options for our home in Wagga. Alex popped out to our place earlier than expected, we had good chat (in simple terms as I had minimal to no knowledge on the subject) and quotes for a couple of recommended options by the end of the week. When the install team were here (again, in sooner than the expected time frame), they were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. SolarWise had to rewire the entire power board and did so with minimal delay, they also removed a damaged solar panel from the grid on an old system and reconnected that system to the power supply so now we have 2 systems running at no extra cost than what was quoted, Thank you very much, i would reccomend SolarWise to anybody who needs installation or repairs done.
