Download the iOS or Android app and sign in with your Tesla Account email address and password.

Registering Your Powerwall

To complete installation of your Powerwall, it needs to be registered it to your Tesla Account and connected to your home Wi-Fi network.

To begin registration, download the Tesla app on your phone and sign in with your Tesla Account.

If you already own other Tesla vehicle or energy products, register your Powerwall using the same email address.

We have recently had Alex, Bob and the team install an Enphase 8.36Kw 19 panel system with 10kw worth of batteries. The process was long because we had SO many questions and Bob answered them all. Nothing was too much trouble or trivial. We eventually decided on this system as it was the best fit for our home and lifestyle and WILL save us money in the future.
The install was seamless and their installers were on time, polite, energetic and loved Tanya's scones.
We cannot wait until we have clear sunny days for weeks in a row. We love watching the app and seeing the batteries charging, solar running all the appliances and energy being exported to the grid.
Do not go anywhere else for your solar. You will be getting an inferior product with inferior service, Call Bob and Alex right now.

I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Their professionalism has been 1st class from the time I had contacted Alex at SolarWise around one month ago. I was interested in solar options for our home in Wagga. Alex popped out to our place earlier than expected, we had good chat (in simple terms as I had minimal to no knowledge on the subject) and quotes for a couple of recommended options by the end of the week. When the install team were here (again, in sooner than the expected time frame), they were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Alex had just made a follow up call with me this morning giving me great confidence that SolarWise haven't just taken our cash and ran but will continue to support us going forward with keeping an eye on our usage, may offer further info and recommendations and help should we have any queries.

Everything the team have done for us are what I expect of a local business but have certainly done it to the best of their ability in a better than expected time frame (which i understand is tough in the current climate due to many factors).

SolarWise had to rewire the entire power board and did so with minimal delay, they also removed a damaged solar panel from the grid on an old system and reconnected that system to the power supply so now we have 2 systems running at no extra cost than what was quoted, Thank you very much, i would reccomend SolarWise to anybody who needs installation or repairs done.
