We have trusted Alex and his team for almost 20 years for all our solar needs for both solar hot water and solar panel installations on the two properties that we have owned during this time. Alex and the SolarWise team can always be trusted for their prompt, reliable and professional service and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for solar solutions.

SolarWise has proven to be a reliable company to deal with. From a well prepared plan for our needs, to installing the solar panels and battery on time, the very neat work including clean up, and now the delivery of power both day and overnight. We have not used any grid power since the system was installed, although this will change as we use electricity to heat the house over winter.

From our initial visit to Solarwise and our discussions with Ian to get information regarding solar panels and right through the entire process to installation our experience was excellent. To begin with, Ian set out all our options and provided print information, giving us the opportunity to take time to understand the process. He then organised a site visit to look at the best options for our 1935 cottage. He then provided more information and recommendations for us regarding the addition of a battery. We felt so confident in the process because of the care Ian took in the consideration of our needs and our 1935 home that we opted to go ahead with installation. The installation team were absolutely outstanding. They were so professional and skilled and very respectful of doing the very best for us and our home. We had 16 panels installed and a FranklinWH battery. To say we are absolutely delighted with everything is an under statement. We are more than happy to recommend Solarwise to anyone thinking of installing any solar products recommended by them. It is a big decision to make when you know very little about going solar but when you have good people like Ian and the team at Solarwise Wagga you are in good and reliable hands. We dealt with Solarwise over 10 years ago when we first went solar and we never had a problem it has always worked well I asked to do more so 7 years ago they added a hot water system that runs through the solar panels already installed. A few years ago I asked to go battery they advised not too just wait till the batteries get better that was good advice also now we installed more up to date panels and 2 batteries which runs the whole farm including 2 houses. We cannot be happier with the service.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from SolarWise. Our first meeting gave us the information we wanted and needed to make the best decision for a system that suited our needs. There was no pressure to purchase and options and costs for different products were provided. We were given estimates for installation timeframes and they turned out to be very accurate. Installation was smooth and efficient and the follow up service from both SolarWise and the contract installer has been excellent. This may sound too good to be true but the process from information, quote, installation and follow up really has has been outstanding. We chose Solarwise based on a recommendation from someone else who had a very positive experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone seeking information on solar installations. We are very impressed!
